The advertiser or client responsible for all website and advertising
content submitted for publication in his/her name. Any material
submitted for publication must not contain anything leading to an
abusive or unethical use of the hosting service or host server.
Abusive and unethical materials and uses include, but are not limited
to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer
viruses, and harassing and harmful material or uses, any illegal
activity, misrepresentation of products or services offered, or
material advocating illegal activity, or any infringement of privacy
or libel. Zihrena Systems reserves the right to refuse to host,
publish or allow use on their host of any such materials in sites
residing on its server.
Client must represent to Zihrena Systems and unconditionally guarantee
that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks,
or other artwork furnished to Zihrena Systems for inclusion in Web
pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission
from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will
hold harmless, protect, and defend Zihrena Systems and its subcontractors
from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished
by the client.

El cliente o anunciante es responsable por todo el contenido y

publicados a nombre del cliente. El material entregado para su publicación

ético del servicio de publicación Web o del servidor
Internet. Materiales abusivos o usos poco éticos incluyen,
